Does Fixo Cart work with my theme and checkout?
Yes. Fixo Cart works with the standard WooCommerce checkout and the block checkout, and with any theme that uses them.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Follow-ups open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, so your normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number is enough.
Is customer data stored on my own server?
Yes. All leads and orders stay in your WordPress database. Nothing is sent to BongDevs.
How do licenses and updates work?
Each license includes one year of updates and support. Your license key is emailed right after checkout and is always available in My account. Activate it in the plugin and updates arrive in your WordPress dashboard.
Can I upgrade from Single Site to more sites later?
